THE CAFE BAR
Quiet and intimate, the Café Bar is furnished with tub chairs and coffee tables making it ideal for impromptu and informal client meetings.
Located on the ground floor the Café Bar is an integral part of the centre and provides somewhere that you can enjoy a relaxing coffee and catch up on the latest newspapers, news and stock market information. The Café Bar has a state-of-the-art coffee machine with coffee beans especially selected upon clients request.

THE MEETING ROOMS
Aside from the Conference Room, there are also two Meeting Rooms that offer a smaller, more intimate meeting space. Both Meeting Rooms offer hi-speed internet via a fibre optic connection with LCD screens for presentations.
Each of The Park’s rooms have been designed with all the latest electronic equipment to assist in giving professional presentations that extra edge to large or intimate audiences. Presentation equipment including portable whiteboard, flipcharts, conference phone and digital data projectors are available upon request.

THE GARDEN TERRACE
Overlooking leafy Ventnor Avenue, The Park Business Centre’s Garden Terrace is the perfect place for an informal catch-up over coffee or a casual lunchtime meeting.
Frequently used as a break-out area during functions in the Conference Room, the Garden Terrace is also a popular pre-conference drinks area for evening functions at The Park.
With some of Perth’s best cafes and bakehouses right on your doorstep, coffee and cakes from the local pattisserie in the Garden Terrace will certainly add a point of difference to your next mid morning or lunchtime meeting.
